STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY.

1.      We will ship the products free of cost ANYWHERE IN KOREA for the minimum order value of KRW. 40,000 and a maximum weight of 15kgs per each shipment, however the additional weight ordered will be charged, depending on the volume of the products.
2.      for orders less than KRW. 40,000 and a maximum weight of 15kgs per each shipment, KRW.3000 will be charged towards shipping & handling.
3.      Free shipping not applicable for Jeju-do, Ulloung-dong, and few other remote areas. Shipping charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the products ordered. For orders less than KRW 70,000 & for a maximum weight of 22kgs, KRW 6,000 will be charged towards shipping & handling
4.      Bulk buy products are excluded from free shipping offers.
5.      Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, (Monday to Thursday, cut-off time 1.00 P.M) on receipt of payment. Kindly mention the last four digits of your order confirmation number while transferring the money on the senders’ information.
6.      Orders received after 1.00 P.M on Thursday with payment, will be shipped on the following on Monday.
7.      The shipping will be processed through the KOREAN TAEKBAE SERVICE (Local shipment carriers) with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. Delivery person usually drops off the package at your home, if no one is available to receive the package; the same shall be dropped off in front of your home or in the security office.
8.      We will send an intimation with the tracking number and tracking method immediately on dispatch, If you do not receive the products the next day after getting the intimation you are kindly requested to contact us immediately, failing which, we will not be responsible for the lost parcel.
9.  We will not be liable for missing or damaged packages. However we take utmost care while packing the goods.
10.  The company will not be responsible for delayed deliveries if any due to Bad Weather and other emergency
11.  By accepting the terms & condition while checking out during ordering process you accept fully to the terms mentioned above.
12.  Customers are requested to order the Styrofoam Ice pack while ordering Fresh & frozen goods.
